Obtenido el premio (sic), el Capitán pedirá al Jefe del Resguardo la licencia para levar el ancla, expresando la hora en que quiere salir. El Jefe del Resguardo concederá la licencia, pasará a bordo del buque, entregará al Capitán los documentos que tuviere relativos al despacho, y le notificará que debe salir en seguida.
