º A partir del 1º de agosto del año en curso, fecha señalada por el Decreto 2160 de 1947, para iniciar labores el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Neira, créase la Cárcel del mismo Circuito, que se considerará de tercera categoría, de acuerdo con las normas señaladas en el Decreto 2977 de 1944, reorgánico del ramo de Prisiones, la que tendrá el siguiente personal, con las asignaciones mensuales que en seguida se expresan: Un Director, con $100.00 Dos Guardianes, a $ 90 cada uno 180.00
