Corresponderá a las áreas de supervisión de la Superintendencia Bancaria para efectos de lo establecido en el

Parágrafo 2

del artículo 40 de la Ley 190 de 1995, verificar el cumplimiento que las entidades bajo su control y vigilancia dan a lo dispuesto en los artículos 102 a 107 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero.
