De las atribuciones generales de los Subdirectores del Protocolo y de los Subsecretarios Asistentes. Son atribuciones generales de los Subdirectores del Protocolo y de los Subsecretarios Asistentes:

a)

Colaborar con su inmediato superior en las labores descritas en el artículo anterior;

b)

Suplir sus faltas temporales;

c)

Coordinar y revisar el material respectivo de la Memoria del Ministro al Congreso;

d)

Coordinar las labores técnicas y administrativas de las respectivas Divisiones y Secciones;

e)

Vigilar y coordinar el manejo y funcionamiento del archivo de la respectiva dependencia;

f)

Coordinar las labores de enlace de la correspondiente dependencia con otras dependencias del Ministerio.
