º . A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto y para el año de 1982, el Gobierno Nacional reconocerá a la. Corporación Financiera del Transporte, S. A., por concepto de la Administración, control y pago del Subsidio al Transporte Público Colectivo Urbano la suma de ochocientos pesos moneda corriente ($ 800.00) mensuales por cada vehículo inscrito en el programa de subsidio, que se considerara incluida en cada partida, global, diseñada a cubrir tal prestación.
