La Dirección General de Aduanas y la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales velarán por el cumplimiento del objetivo que originó la exención materia de esta reglamentación en las áreas de su competencia. Para tal efecto, dispondrán de los mecanismos de control que sean pertinentes.
