De la demanda del acreedor para que su deudor preste una fianza, se da traslado al demandado por tres días.

Lo mismo se hace respecto de la demanda del fiador para que el deudor principal le obtenga el relevo, o le asegure las resultas de la fianza, o consigne medios de pago.
