° . Modificar el artículo 14 del Decreto 2724 del 31 de diciembre de 1993, Oficina de Registro, el cual quedará así

Estudiar y analizar los esquemas de registro y requisitos de inscripción para otorgar las matriculas respecto de las aeronaves que operen en el territorio nacional, y buscar mecanismos de simplificación y eficiencia para garantizar el adecuado cumplimiento de las normas sobre la materia.

2.

Llevar los registros nacionales de las matrículas otorgadas en materia aeronáutica, mantener actualizado el nivel regional, Suministrar la información requerida y expedir certificaciones cuando sea el caso. 4. Recibir y administrar las garantías que con ocasión de matricula e inscripción, deban cumplirse. Los demás apartes y numerales del artículo 14 del Decreto 2724 del 31 de diciembre de 1993, no se modifican.
