º. Ningún Fondo Ganadero podrá iniciar las operaciones propias de su objeto, sin que el Superintendente Bancario lo haya autorizado al efecto. La autorización se dará una vez que se compruebe el cumplimiento de todos los requisitos del caso. Antes de otorgar la autorización de que se trata, el Superintendente se cerciorará de que los estatutos del Fondo respectivo se ciñan estrictamente a la Ley y al presente Decreto
