Las personas naturales, o sus sucesores, y las jurídicas perjudicadas por el hecho punible tienen derecho a la acción indemnizatoria correspondiente, la cual se ejercerá a través de las acciones contencioso-administrativas de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Código Contencioso Administrativo o las normas que lo modifiquen o complementen .
