El valor del porcentaje a que se refiere el artículo anterior, será utilizado por el Municipio de Santa Catalina en la forma siguiente: dos por ciento (2%) para fondos comunes y tres por ciento (3%) para obras de beneficencia, construcciones escolares y obras públicas.
