Sendos ejemplares de esta Ley serán remitidos á la señora viuda del ilustre finado, á su hijo, y á su hermana la Sra. D.ª Rafaela Núñez de Gastelbondo. Por conducto del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores se enviará un ejemplar de la misma al Sr D. Ricardo Núñez, Cónsul de Colombia en Bruselas.
