º La Tarjeta Profesional deberá ser utilizada exclusivamente para acreditar la calidad de Médico. Esta deberá ser presentada ante las autoridades cuando la requieran y el número del registro que la distingue deberá ser colocado por el médico en todos los certificados, prescripciones y demás documentos relacionados con el ejercicio profesional de la medicina.
