º . Elección de los miembros de la junta directiva . Las entidades públicas titulares de acciones de la clase A y los accionistas de la clase B, elaborarán planchas para elegir miembros de la junta directiva, las cuales serán sometidas a consideración de la respectiva asamblea general de accionistas, para que ésta mediante elección por el sistema de cuociente electoral, integre dicho órgano social.

Parágrafo

Cuando la Nación a través del Ministerio de Agricultura, conforme planchas y resultare elegida, el cargo por proveer será de libre nombramiento y remoción del Presidente de la República.
