El que sin permiso de autoridad competente fabrique, almacene, distribuya, venda, suministre, transporte, adquiera o porte armas de fuego, municiones o explosivos, incurrirá en arresto hasta por un año y en el decomiso de dichos elementos. Si el arma de fuego o las municiones fuere del uso privativo de las fuerzas militares, el arresto será de uno a tres años, sin perjuicio del correspondiente decomiso.
