Articulo 10 . Los Certificados de Desarrollo Turístico que administra la Corporación Nacional de Turismo, se otorgaran hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1988, en relación con inversiones hechas a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, por personas particulares, en la reconstrucción de inmuebles declarados como patrimonio histórico en el mismo departamento, previa calificación que haga de tal calidad la Corporación para la Reconstrucción y el Desarrollo del Departamento del Cauca y apruebe el Gobierno antes del 31 de diciembre de 1984, de conformidad con el reglamento que para tal efecto se expida.
