Declaración de renta. Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo prestarán su declaración de renta y patrimonio ante el Jefe o Comandante de Repartición a cuyas órdenes se encuentren. Las oficinas de personal recibirán las declaraciones de los Jefes o Comandantes de reparticiones o unidades y las remitirán a la Administración de Hacienda de Cundinamarca, en consecuencia, solamente esta oficina liquidará el impuesto sobre la renta y sus complementarios mencionados.
