Seguimiento de los riesgos. En los términos del artículo 6 de la Ley 448 de 1998, la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional, efectuará un seguimiento periódico al comportamiento de los riesgos comprendidos en el área de riesgos del Fondo de contingencias contractuales de las entidades estatales, con el fin de determinar, para cada contrato en particular, la necesidad de incrementar o disminuir los respectivos aportes.
