Art. 2° El Ministro de Instrucción Pública, con el dictamen del Vicepresidente de la república, designará los establecimientos y corporaciones que hayan de ser auxiliados con los fondos de que trata el presente Decreto, y del mismo modo será señalada la cuota que á cada una de las entidades corresponderá, de acuerdo con sus necesidades. El auxilio á los Lazaretos se dará por conducto de R.P.Evasio Rabagliati.
