Autorízase al Gobierno Nacional para invertir hasta la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00) en la adquisición de un ferri-boat sobre el rio Magdalena, en el paso de "Momico", que unirá la carretera central de Huila con la carrera de Neiva a Yaguará, tomando dicha suma de partidas asignadas en la Ley de Aprobaciones de la vigencia en curso con destino a obras ene l Departamento del Huila y de acuerdo con el parágrafo del artículo 14 de las disposiciones generales del Decreto 3164 de 1945 (diciembre 17).
