º. El artículo 33 del Decreto Ley No. 3073 de 1968 quedará así: "Tanto la Caja de Vivienda Militar como los actos, operaciones y contratos que ejecute o celebre están exentos de toda clase de impuestos y contribuciones nacionales, departamentales y municipales, inclusive aquellos cedidos por la Nación a los departamentos o municipios. Gozará además, de las ventajas que le confiere la Ley a las instituciones de utilidad pública o social."
