°. El artículo 1° del Decreto 2286 de 1997, quedará así: Artículo 1°. Autorizar al alcalde del municipio de Neiva, departamento del Huila, para asumir la competencia de suspender y cancelar la personería jurídica, así como la de inspeccionar, vigilar y controlar las actuaciones de las juntas de acción comunal, juntas de vivienda comunitaria y asociaciones comunales de juntas domiciliadas en la municipalidad, de conformiad con los preceptos del artículo 143 de la Ley 136 de 1994, Decreto 2150 de 1995 y Decreto 0427 de 1996, atendiendo las orientaciones impartidas al respecto por el Ministerio del Interior.
