Adiciónese un literal t) al artículo 17 del Decreto 2269 de 1993, el cual quedará así: "t) Apoyarse cuando sea necesario y así lo determine, en organismos de certificación, inspección y laboratorios de pruebas y ensayos y de metrología, con el fin de ejercer el control de los reglamentos técnicos cuya vigilancia le haya sido asignada".
