Cuando un objeto de utilidad exija que se aplique a él el valor de alguna finca del común, podrá el Concejo acordar la venta de tal finca, con el objeto expresado, siendo necesario la aprobación del Gobierno, en los términos del artículo anterior.
Del mismo modo podrá el Concejo dar aplicación a los valores que se reconozcan en favor del común.
