En las ausencias temporales o accidentales no mayores de sesenta (60) días de los operadores con atribuciones disciplinarias, por cualquier situación administrativa o del servicio, asume la competencia quien haga sus veces o le siga en antigüedad, sin necesidad que se expida disposición de encargo.
