Art. 18. Aparte de las operaciones que las Administraciones principales deben asentar en sus libros Diario i Mayor a virtual de la recaudacion que hacen de los productos del Telégrafo, i los gastos que ocasiona este servicio, abrirán un libro ausiliar para que en él lleven cuanta especial a cada una de las oficinas telégraficas de su dependencia, debitándolas con los gastos que causa en casa mes, i acreditándolas con los productos, los cuales se suponen ingresados íntegramente en dinero.
