° El procedimiento establecido en este Decreto se aplicará únicamente a los responsables del impuesto sobre las ventas con derecho a solicitar devoluciones, que tengan el carácter de sociedades anónimas. Los demás responsables solicitarán la devolución en la forma prevista por los decretos 2815 de 1974, 584 y 2803 de 1975 y 1494 de 1978.
