Del valor de los suministros . En todo contrato de suministro debe precisarse en forma clara su valor. Cuando por la naturaleza de los bienes objeto del contrato no sea posible establecerlo se fijarán dentro de límites máximos y mínimos, las bases que deban tenerse en cuenta para su determinación. En cuanto al trámite por razón de su cuantía, los contratos de suministro se sujetan a las reglas contenidas en el artículo 136 de este Estatuto.
