° La Junta expresada, como responsable de la correcta ejecución de los trabajos, debe cumplir estrictamente las disposiciones consignadas en los artículos 8.°, 28, 29 y 30 de la Ley 70 de 1916, y los reglamentos y órdenes de la Dirección General de Caminos Nacionales. Las asignaciones y nombramientos que haga la citada Junta, requieren para su validez la aprobación del Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
