º Mientras subsista turbado el orden público y en estado de sitio todo el territorio nacional, los jueces de orden público realizarán las diligencias de investigación previo reparto. No obstante, cuando el Director Nacional de Instrucción Criminal lo juzgue conveniente en orden a garantizar una pronta y cumplida administración de justicia, podrá asignar el conocimiento de un determinado proceso a otro juez de orden público del mismo Distrito Judicial.
