El literal g) del artículo 158 de la Ley 115 de 1994, quedará así: "g) Emitir concepto previo para el traslado del personal docente y administrativo dentro del municipio, con sujeción a lo previsto en el artículo 2o de la Ley 60 de 1993, el estatuto Docente y la carrera Administrativa y sin solución de continuidad."
