Articulo 3 Beneficiarios. Los beneficiarios del' auxilio económico de que trata el presente Decreto serán los trabajadores dependientes categoría A y B cesantes que hayan aportado a las Cajas de Compensación Familiar por lo menos seis (6) meses continuos o discontinuos en los últimos cinco (5) años, que hayan perdido su empleo a partir del 12 de marzo de 2020, en el marco de la Emergencia Sanitaria declarada por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
