Efectos de la adopción del programa . La adopción de los programas de recuperación que deban ejecutar los establecimientos de crédito, así como las funciones que se establecen en este decreto a la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, se deben entender sin perjuicio ni menoscabo de las funciones o atribuciones que la ley u otros reglamentos le otorgan a tal Superintendencia para el cumplimiento de sus funciones.
