A rtículo 11 . Transición . Las escuelas normales superiores cuya autorización de funcionamiento expira el 30 de julio de 2009, tendrán hasta el quince (15) de diciembre de 2009 para obtener la autorización de que trata este decreto, la cual será expedida por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
