La contabilidad del Fondo se llevará en forma independiente de la del Banco de la República. Para este efecto se organizará una sección especial, cuyo personal se proveerá y pagará en la forma prevista en el ordinal a) de la cláusula 4º del contrato suscrito por el Banco de la República y el Gobierno Nacional para la administración del Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones.
