Disposición transitoria. Para efectos de la homologación, la exclusión de activos realizada en el inciso primero del artículo 18 del decreto 2685 de 1999 para conformar el patrimonio líquido mínimo exigido, se podrá limitar hasta en un 50%. En todo caso, cuando las agencias de aduanas homologadas soliciten renovación de la autorización, deberán cumplir con lo señalado en el artículo 18 del Decreto 2685 de 1999.
