Auxíliase á l Municipio de Girardot con la suma de seis mil pesos ($ 6,000) oro para la construcción de un puerto sobre el río Magdalena en el punto llamado Los Guamos . Este auxilio se pagará así: la mitad el día 1.º de Enero de 1910, y la otra mitad el 1.º de Julio del mismo año.

Parágrafo

La Junta de Comerciantes de que trata el artículo 2.º tendrá á su cargo la construcción de la obra y la rendición de cuentas á la entidad respectiva.
