PRELACION PRESTACIONES SOCIALES. Las dependencias de la Policía Nacional que ejerzan las funciones de control y ejecución del presupuesto de la misma, darán en todo caso prelación a la efectividad del pago de las prestaciones sociales que se reconozcan como consecuencia de la muerte del causante, especialmente cuando ésta es a consecuencia de actos del servicio, debiendo quedar incluidas en la vigencia fiscal con la disponibilidad más próxima.
