º. Campo de aplicación . El Manual Unico para la Calificación de la Invalidez contenido en este decreto se aplica a todos los habitantes del territorio nacional, a los trabajadores de los sectores público, oficial, semioficial, en todos sus órdenes, y del sector privado en general, para determinar la pérdida de la capacidad laboral de cualquier origen, de conformidad con lo establecido por los artículos 38, siguientes y concordantes de la Ley 100 de 1993 y 46 del Decreto ley 1295 de 1994.
