El embargo y secuestro de bienes deltercero civilmente se podrá solicitar una vez ejecutoriada la resolución de acusación. En lo demás, se seguirán las normas consagradas en el procedimiento Civil.

NOTA: Para los delitos cometidos con posterioridad al 1 de enero de 2005 rige la Ley 906 de 2004, con sujecion al proceso de implementacion establecido en su artículo 530.
