El presente plan deberá contar con una estrategia educativa y ambiental, en la que participarán en conjunto el Sena, el Ministerio de Educación y el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente; dicha estrategia tendrá como objetivo promover herramientas que le permitan al agricultor ampliar su oferta, mejorar los procesos, contribuir a la producción sostenible, adquirir conocimientos en el área financiera, entre otros.
