La Caja Nacional de Previsión Social continuará prestando los servicios y pagando las prestaciones de los empleados de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, de las Oficinas del Registro de Instrumentos Públicos, del Fondo Nacional de Notariado, Notarios y empleados de los Notarios, hasta tanto las autoridades previstas en esta Ley, hayan expedido y aprobado, según el caso, los estatutos, la planta de personal y el presupuesto del Fondo de Previsión Social de Notariado y Registro, momento en el cual automáticamente quedará cancelada la afiliación de los funcionarios a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social.
