Para ingresar al Cuerpo Profesional Especial el aspirante deberá reunir los siguientes requisitos mínimos y los que establezca el Gobierno;

a)

Tener veinte (20) o más años de servicios continuos en la Policía Nacional;

b)

Ser mayor de treinta y cinco (35) años;

c)

Haber observado buena conducta;

d)

Aptitud física;

e)

Exámenes de competencia;

f)

Ser nombrado por resolución de la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional.
