El que a sabiendas use o ponga en circulación las especies a que se refiere el artículo anterior, incurre en prisión de uno a tres años.

Si el que usa o pone en circulación las especies es el mismo que las ha falsificado, la sanción será la establecida en el artículo anterior, aumentada de una tercera parte a la mitad.
