l) Realizar los demás actos y contratos propios de su naturaleza y consecuente con sus fines. Artículo Artículo 6°. Con el voto favorable del Presidente de la Junta Directiva y la aprobación del Gobierno, el Instituto podrá delegar en otras entidades descentralizadas territorialmente o por servicios, el cumplimiento o por servicios, el cumplimiento de algunas de sus funciones. La entidad delegataria se someterá a los requisitos y formalidades prescritas para el ejercicio de las funciones delegadas. El Instituto podrá, con los mismos requisitos que se exige para la delegación y, si fuere el caso, respetando las estipulaciones contractuales correspondientes, reasumir las funciones que hubiere sido delegada.
