DONACIONES NACIONALES E INTERNACIONALES DE ANTIVENENOS. Las personas naturales o jurídicas, de carácter nacional o internacional, podrán donar antivenenos para el tratamiento de accidentes causados por animales ponzoñosos, en cuyo caso los mismos no requerirán de registro sanitario, sin perjuicio de cumplir con los requisitos establecidos en el artículo 3 del Decreto 919 de 2004 o la norma que lo modifique o sustituya, y demás disposiciones en materia de donación.
