Tráfico de influencias para obtener ascensos, distinciones, traslados o comisiones. El que invocando influencias reales o simuladas, reciba, haga dar o prometer para sí o para un tercero dinero o dádiva, con el fin de obtener un ascenso, distinción, traslado o comisión del servicio, incurrirá en prisión de uno (1) a cuatro (4) años.
