Entiéndese por juguetes bélicos, todos aquellos objetos, instrumentos o réplicas que imiten cualquier clase de armas de fuego, sean éstas cortas, largas o de artillería; blancas, sean éstos contundentes, arrojadizas, arrojadoras, de puño o de corte o de asta, y de guerra como tanques, aviones de combate o barcos armados, utilizados por las Fuerzas Armadas, la Policía Nacional y los organismos de Seguridad de un Estado, u otra clase de armas.
