Otorgamiento

Decreto 2457 de 2013 · por la cual se crea la Medalla Militar “Servicios Meritorios a la Jefatura Jurídica y Derechos Humanos y al Derecho Internacional Humanitario” de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana y se adiciona al Decreto número 4444 de 2010.

°. Otorgamiento . La medalla "Servicios Meritorios a la Jefatura Jurídica y Derechos Humanos y al Derecho Internacional Humanitario" será conferida por una sola vez, previo cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos para el efecto y que a consideración del Consejo de Medalla, a quienes se hagan merecedores de esta distinción, mediante resolución expedida por el Comandante de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana.

Parágrafo

De igual manera para el otorgamiento de la medalla "Servicios Meritorios a la Jefatura Jurídica y Derechos Humanos y al Derecho Internacional Humanitario", se seguirán las normas establecidas en el
