Requisitos para la renovación de la tarjeta de operación. Para renovar la tarjeta de operación, el representante legal de la empresa presentará la solicitud ante el Ministerio de Transporte adjuntando los documentos señalados en los numerales 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12 y 13 del artículo anterior

Artículo 2.2.1.6.9.6. Requisitos para la renovación de la tarjeta de operación. Para renovar la tarjeta de operación, el representante legal de la empresa presentará la solicitud ante el Ministerio de Transporte adjuntando los documentos señalados en los numerales 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 11 y 12 del artículo anterior, teniendo en cuenta además lo previsto en el parágrafo 2 del mismo artículo.
